KD-MATEis car key program device based on Mobile KD app connection.With the matched adaptercable in the package, it can realize the Toyota SmartKey programming without pincode, and also can addToyota all lost key without simulator . The device isupdated iteratively withMobile KD app, it opens thecommunication channel between kd device and vehiclesystem, works withKD- -X2/KD-MAXand KD remotes,greatly save key program cost s and improve the keyprogram efficiency.There will be functional updatingwhich will solve some issues such as some other pro- -gramming devices are hard to generate VW dealer keywith KD remotes, 48 pincode fast calculation and someother car key programming problems which locksmithsare cared.
Functions supported now:
1. To-yota (after year 2019) Hitag-AES (4A) smart key programmingwithout pincode and all key lost programming without simulator(ZB remote emergency ignition), including new Toyota Corollaand Levin with 2000 FCCID
2.4D smart key (including 0111/0140/0780/5380/7990) adding, allkey lost and emergency ignition (4D transponder emergencyignition), for detail car models please see description of theremote site in Mobile KD app.
3.8A smart key( including 0020/2110 /F43/3330/0410/0440/0010/0120) programming without pincode .

This product is specially designed for reading dashboard data,support VW MQB. Working with KD-MATE and KD- MATE to add key, can also add for key all lost, it is a necessary tool for locksmiths.
Connection Diagram:
Steps of reading data:
1.Select connection diagram according to the dashboard model ( Connection diagram can be found in Mobile KD app-lmmo Programming-KD Mini Prog), weld the cable harness to the corresponding position of the instrument according to the wiring dia gram
2.Insert the cable harness plug to the KD MINI PROG port, connect KD MINI PROG to KD-MAX( Or Android phone/tablet which support OTG), see as above pictture.
3.Open the Mobile KD app, enter the menu of Immo Programming- KD Mini Prog to read data, it may needs 5-10 seconds.
Notice: Please make sure KD- MAX or the phone do have enough power to avoid reading failure.
